This application ("EDW Install Command Center") is an internal scheduling and operations tool operated by Elite Door & Window ("we", "us", "our") for the exclusive use of our employees, contractors, and authorized personnel. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and role, used to authenticate you and control access.
- Google account data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email, avatar) solely to create and identify your account.
- Operational data: installation jobs, schedules, customer records, notes, and messages you create or import into the app.
- Usage logs: standard server and error logs used to diagnose issues and secure the service.
How We Use Information
We use the information only to operate the scheduling application, authenticate users, coordinate installations, communicate with customers about their appointments, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to run the application (hosting, database, email delivery, and the CRM system we integrate with) and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Data Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
Security
Access is restricted to authenticated users. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our hosting provider using industry-standard safeguards.
